Camden Martial Arts is run by Julian.

Improve your fitness and confidence, relieve stress and learn some cool skills, all in a friendly and safe environment. Mixed Adult classes, Women-Only classes and classes for kids are available. Beginners are very welcome, and the first lesson is free!

Rushin Ballet is run by Natalia Napalkova. 

Natalia has more than 30 years teaching and dancing experience and is highly recommended by students, schools and dance organisations. She was trained in Russia by a former principal of the Bolshoi Ballet, Galina Balashova.

Natalia offers a unique combination of Russian and English classical ballet approaches, giving students well rounded training. She welcomes students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced students.

Zumba with Lily runs on Wednesdays.

This is what Lily says “Want to get fit whilst meeting a lovely bunch of Kentish Town ladies? Come along to Zumba with Lily for a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

CC Pilates is run by Cath. who has been running classes at KTCC since 2012.

CCPilates offers mat based classes with the aid of bands, supportive cushions and balls. The movements help to strengthen the core postural muscles of the body stabilising the torso, balancing the whole body and improving strength and flexibility. It is an effective and safe exercise method for adults of any age or gender as well as those suffering with injuries or conditions which may make exercising difficult.

Sepherina Pilates is run by Kathyrn.

Suzy discovered pilates when she was 18 years old has been running her own studio since 2014 Kathryn runs  dedicated Pilates Retreats throughout the year in Italy and Cyprus as well as bespoke holidays to St. Lucia in the Caribbean.

Emma runs Pilates on a Friday. 

Emma offers small group mat based Pilates classes and one to one which with both, allows you the best attention and individual support you may not get from larger group classes on the market.

Kellie –Anne runs our over 50s massage sessions.

These take place every Thursday from 1pm. Booking is by appointment only. Its £5 per for a 20 minute session. Tea and biscuits included for free!

 

David runs Vital Dance on Wednesdays

This is an informal dance session which combines lots of different types of gentle dance. It’s a great group and David is a fab teacher!

Camden Shorinji Kempo - Fun Fitness and Self Defence by Kavita and Ofelia
This modern Japanese martial arts class will get you fit, help with mindfulness and give you a brilliant new community of incredible people across London, in the UK and the world. Based on weak points rather than brute strength. An ideal form of practical self-defence, particularly against larger opponents. The system focuses on the balance between 'hard' strikes (kicks and punches) and 'soft' grappling (escapes, locks and throws). We also incorporate restorative massage (seiho) and seated meditation (zazen). We focus on respect and cooperation rather than competition.

This Camden class is led by Kavita (3rd Dan) and Ofelia (1st Kyu) and will have focus practical self-defence techniques on Buffy-esq tv inspired moves. We are a female and LGBT friendly group and beginners are always welcome. You just need a bottle of water, some comfortable gym clothes, and an open mind.
