Booking a Space
We have three spaces available to hire: The Snug, The Main Hall and The Dance Studio. These spaces are available between 9am and 9pm Monday - Friday, and 9.30am to 7.00 pm Saturday - Sunday.

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until you have read, signed and returned our recently updated terms of hire available here.
To view avaliable space Use the 'Month' view, in the menu on the top right, to see what's available. Use the 'Day' view to book a space. We'll just need your email address and phone number. Once you've submitted your request, we'll be in touch to confirm the price of the booking, and any additional needs you may have.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 14 days beforehand. For cancellations made less than a week before the booking, we may retain 50% of the hire charge. We will not be able to offer a refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

A deposit of £100 is required for all parties and one-off bookings. KTCC is not avalaible for private hire after 7pm on a Saturday.
